2 rooms available, but one roommate who has the budget to split the rent is preferred. Will consider a third roommate if it’s just an absolute dream situation. Otherwise, the third room will remain a guest/art/exercise room. All rooms have walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and full-sized windows. Well-behaved, non-destructive pets will be considered.

The landlord is freakin’ awesome! Very kind and thoughtful. The only time we’ll see him is when he comes to mow the yard (yay, we’re not responsible for mowing!).

The neighborhood is generally busy and can be noisy at times. Can’t hear much from inside but noting for transparency.

REQUIREMENTS: Rent $2,300 split 50/50 + City of Austin utilities, TX Gas service, and Google Fiber internet ( If there’s a third roommate, costs will be split into thirds). Deposit is one month’s rent deposit (refundable upon move-out). One year lease with current roommate.

Just myself. 35, single, native Austinite. I work in the service industry near downtown. I enjoy going out and having a social life, but I also love staying in and watching movies or otherwise embracing my inner hermit. Gardening is one of my favorite hobbies, and there are plants all throughout the house. I LOVE TO COOK, and I love to cook for others. I enjoy entertaining with BBQs and potlucks all year round and backyard campfires during the cooler months. The backyard is sizable and perfect for all of it. I am not sensitive to noise (hard at hearing), and I hope to find someone who can also tolerate noise. I like to cook late at night, and I turn my TV volume up pretty high so I can hear, but I can compromise and use captions if it’s too much of a disruption.
