Hi y’all! My roommate Catherine and I are looking for a third person for our 3 bedroom 2 bath Southie apartment! The lease starts 6/1 and you will be taking the master bedroom with it’s own bathroom for $1750/ month + split electric, gas, and wifi bills (comes out to around less than $80/month). In-unit washer/dryer Dishwasher All new appliances Small patio that leads out to back street Free resident street parking Across the street from Carson beach, 5 min walk to the Andrew stop on the Red Line, about 20 min walk to downtown Broadway St.

We’re both working professionals in our mid twenties - I work from home and Catherine works hybrid. Catherine also has a small (very cute) dog, who is hypoallergenic/non shedding, but sadly no other pets are allowed. We typically stay in during the week but both enjoy going out for food and drinks, exploring the city, going to the beach, or staying in for movies and wine 🙂
