Looking for 1 female roommate for my recently remodeled 1800 sq. foot Encino condo.

• One bedroom with a private bathroom: $1600 + utilities and includes side-by-side parking space and a private bathroom

• Fully furnished kitchen, w/an induction stove top, and living/dining room

• Rent covers: water, trash, cable tv, security, pool and spa maintenance, multipurpose space

• Utilities are: high speed internet (~$19/person), water/power (depends on usage, but has been ~$60 for just me every other month), and monthly cleaning person (or however often we decide)

Note: roommate will be asked to sign a 1 year lease and provide first month’s rent and security deposit.

I’m looking for a fully-vaxxed roommate, late 20s and up with a full-time job. I’m looking to create a relaxing and calm home environment that is clean and tidy and where we are respectful of each other and others’ belongings. My space will not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, xenophobia, etc., and please no bringing the party home.

My name is Tshema [Tesh-ma] (35, she/her) and I’m the proud new owner of the condo. I work in philanthropy at Cedars-Sinai and work from home most days in the living room. I consider myself to be an outgoing, friendly, and an open person who appreciates respect and kindness towards others.
