I am the only person living here. I have one spare room. It can be furnished with a twin size bed. Livingroom Surround sound Home theater with extra large TV includes every premium channel available on the market Netflix included. Strong internet signal anywhere around the home. House is completely furnished with outside my home is monitored with a 24hrs surveillance system and home alarm system. Google and Amazon smart devices.

I prefer a quiet person. I do have my 1 year old daughter at my home for a few hours out the week. So no male guest over unless I approve prior so be respectful who you bring into my home. I work from home but on occasion I may be out for a couple of days. I prefer a female tenant as I have my daughter at times. I do have a small outside dog. I do have family and friends holiday parties that you are always welcome to attend. And I do have event gatherings at my home that you are also welcome to attend. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside of the home You may smoke front yard outside 420 ok I do have a game room that I may give you access on ocassion but again I must approve because my daughter may be over. If you cook and willing to cook for a extra body then I’ll buy food. If you don’t mind cleaning the home up I will also help I can lower the rent or work out some sort of a deal with utilities. Or we can both just pay for a cleaner to come in to clean. I don’t mind paying for a service. I live solo and you should too due to the use of utilities. I’m a easy going person with a big heart I don’t mind kids under control supervised visits. But I am also good with kids too. I have a large open bar open to those who are over 21 years of age at the property but be respectful and replenish when needed if your using it. You have your own restroom thats share with the visitors but I wouldn’t be using it. Backyard is under construction at the momment. Your welcome to use anything at my home. Parking on the street or driveway. Freeway access and lots of stores and shopping centers near by. If your cool we can re sign after your term stay
