Kate's room

The complex is quite small it’s about an eight unit property. You wouldn’t even know it was Hollywood after you get through the gates. It’s a townhouse with a small patio in the back. The room is about 144 ft.². The room has a ceiling fan, dimmer lights, and an AC. It can come partially furnished if you prefer. I have a dresser and a TV mounted to the wall. I’m currently using the room as a craft\gym space. The location is super amazing. The walking score is incredibly high here. There’s a lot of things to do in the area like bars shopping museums and the mall movie theaters everything’s in walking distance

It’s just me and my animals. I have a couple cats and a dog. I am a pretty chill person but I stick to myself mostly. I enjoy listening to music and I smoke weed. I run my own business so my schedule is a bit all over the place. I’m in my 30s female.
