Please note: the three blue icons at the top of this listing show that I a passed an ID, credit, and background check. I’m a quiet, introverted but friendly gay male Georgia Tech alum looking for quiet person for room. The apartment is large and I keep to myself – it will be like you are living there by yourself.
Liability insurance, secure package delivery, garage remote control, and secured parking are included in rent, but internet and utilities are not. I can do all-inclusive flat-rate pricing if you prefer. Background check required, but no credit check.
I’ve never had a problem with people cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen and laundry room. As part of your rent, I handle all other cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, taking out trash, emptying dishwasher, windows, etc, and paying for maintenance supplies. (I don’t ever go in your room) If there are maintenance issues you need addressed, I also handle arranging with the building to get whatever work you require done.
