Rent is $1,050 per month including the following utilities: Electricity, gas, A/C, water, sewer, garbage, WiFi and cable.

Total move in costs are $2,700: $1,050 first month. $1,050 last month. $600 deposit. We can possibly work out a payment plan for last months rent.

The house is furnished, the bedroom is not. The bedroom will have a brand new rug and fresh paint.

I’m looking for a long term renter. I would like a 1 year lease. We can start with a 6 month renewable lease though. There is one other renter here. He’s been here for 6 years. We both are friendly, quiet, and clean. It’s pretty boring here. If you’re looking for parties and excitement this isn’t the place 😂 Both of us do have a good sense of humor though, so you’ll hear us laughing quite often! I’m a tax preparer and I also have an online store. He’s a mechanic and also works at a restaurant.

References and a background check are required. If your credit isn’t perfect I’m not that concerned, as long as it’s not really really bad. But you must have a verifiable steady job. It’s really easy to live here! Just pay your rent on time, pick up after yourself and everything will be great! Common sense stuff! 🙂

I have 2 small well behaved dogs. They are very sweet.

The room is for 1 person. No children. No pets. Cigarettes or vaping is fine, outside only though please. 420 is ok.
