I’m looking for someone who has a steady job, is responsible, and is clean. I live in a very laid-back, quiet household. There is one other person here besides myself.

I’m located in the Juanita area of Kirkland, near Juanita Beach. We’re close to I-405, the Metro 255 bus route, and the Totem Lake Transit Center. Nearby employers and campuses include Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Amazon, Google, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, and Evergreen Hospital. There are also 50+ restaurants close by.

Rent & Utilities:

Rent is $1,100 per month, which includes all standard utilities: electricity, gas, A/C, water, sewer, garbage, and Ziply fiber internet.

Move-In Requirements:

$1,100 first month’s rent. $1,100 security deposit A decent credit score and verifiable income. No prior evictions.

The house is furnished, the private bedroom is not. The bedroom is about 120 sq ft. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

I’m an income tax preparer and I also have an eBay store in which I sell mostly jewelry that I make. The other person that lives here is a mechanic. It’s pretty boring here nothing very thrilling ever happens 😂

I have 2 small well behaved dogs. They are very sweet. Sorry, no other pets. I’ve tried it before and my dogs get scared. One was a rescue and I think that’s why. He had a hard life before I got him.
