Photos displayed is my room/living room, and kitchen. I have my own business and so it’s my workshop/room! Usually it’s more tidy but kind of doing things in a hurry due to stress. Will upload photos of the room when the time comes. Rent may be lower than this, still need to figure out details but! Looking for someone to take a room by the beginning of may. So my roommate lost her job and although we have April covered, we may not have May covered because there is no security she will be able to get a job and pay rent on time. I don’t have a back up plan and can’t afford to move out so in the worst case scenario, I am looking for a roommate to fill in her spot and take her room. It’s a one bedroom apartment, my room and work station is in the living room. I own a rabbit that is caged and stays there too. She is clean and quiet. I’m a night owl and run my own business so I’m always home working watching my tarot readings and anime. I don’t drink or smoke but don’t care if you do, just please be respectful and no long stays if you have guests. One or two nights if it’s a partner or trusted friend/family is fine but nobody staying there unless they will pay part of the rent too. I also wouldn’t feel comfortable with any cats near my rabbit due to fear of harm. I’m still sorting out how much utilities and everything is because this all hit last minute but yeah. I’m a 30 year old female (I’m nonbinary but say female so you know I guess?). I run my own shop creating cyberpunk/ Mech inspired accessories and am a workaholic. I love all types of music and shows as well as movies. I’m told I’m really funny and chill, I am pretty introverted and nerdy but I can vibe out with just about anyone and am pretty understanding of things. I am also a spiritualist person, so yeah?
