Olivia's room

I’m looking for someone to fill the master bedroom in my new home in Madison, which is near East Nashville. The house was recently renovated so everything is brand new! You’d have the beautiful, large master bedroom with your own private bathroom attached (with a bathtub and double bathroom sink) and an extra large closet.

Although the master bedroom is unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished (i.e. living room, dining room, laundry room) and it has a garage. My bedroom and office is on the other side of the house, so there’s ample privacy between us. The home has a lovely back deck and large back yard. I’m renting out the room for $1100 plus utilities.

You’d be living with just me - my name is Olivia! I’m originally from Ohio and I’ve lived in Nashville on and off since 2014. I work from home and am an active member of the music community here. I love to meditate, take hikes, knit, and bake! I do not own any pets but am interested in dog sitting at the house via Rover, which I’ve done in the past. I’m excited to meet my future roommate!
