About the room
(Available Dec 1st) Room for rent in a well-kept townhouse. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located right next to a Wawa, Walgreens, and multiple strip malls with everything you could need. 15min to Six Flags, 25min to the beach, 1hr to Philly, 1hr 20min to NYC.
The room you’d be renting is 11x12ft. You’d also get your own full bathroom. We’d share the kitchen, downstairs half bathroom, TV room, and dining room.
I’m a laid-back 33 year old straight white male looking for a clean and considerate roommate.
-No pets.
-No tabacco smoking indoors.
-Must pass background and credit check.
-Must show proof of employment and income.
-First and last month’s rent + security deposit due at signing.
We split utilities which is usually ~$100-$150 each per month.
