A nice townhome next to the Avent Ferry complexes. The floor plan consist of a first floor which has the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with independent bathrooms. There is a parking spot for each resident.

Looking for another person to rent with. The price is 700 a month plus split bills. Possible allowance of pet cats, but you must be a responsible owner.

I’m a big music guy, I play bass and a few other instruments. Would be cool to live with other musicians. I try to keep the place clean and I always clean after myself. I usually keep to myself and pursue hobbies in my room, but I’m not a socially awkward. I work on cars too. Been getting into mycology and growing fungi plus other plants. I don’t usually have people over, and if I do it would only be 1 or 2.
