Cabot Street

Located right in downtown Beverly I live right off the Main Street so everything is walkable- laundromat next door, plenty of restaurants, and a 5 minute walk from the beach. The apartment is carpeted and well insulated so it is cozy in the winter. Kitchen and bedrooms are small but has a large living room with two couches, tv and space for a gaming set up if that is your jam.

I’m Adam, 24, he, him. I’m a trans gay man who moved to the area for college 6 years ago and loved it so I never left. I currently work for the Post Office. I have an eclectic maximalist style of decorating but there is plenty of room for your knickknacks and some furniture. I am an artist so I have a work space in the living room that I don’t use very often. I am quiet and normally keep to myself. Normally I am a home body but I normally work a lot during the week so I’m only home in the evenings. I don’t smoke or drink and I like to keep things casual and relaxed. I don’t really have friends or guests over too often but am not opposed to company
