Laura's room

Hi there, I need to replace my roommate who is moving out in july, pictured above is the room that will be available, the bathroom is shared and has a shower/tub and plenty of storage for personal items. There is a max station within walking distance as well as nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The 5 and 84 are easily accessible making commuting easy. Bills are included other than electric which ends up being about $55 per month. Move in date is July 1st, If you have questions feel free to reach out :)

I’m Laura, I’m 22 and I’m an aspiring artist by day and Dutch Bros barista by night (literally, I work graveyard shifts). I want for my household to be a welcoming place for queer or neurodivergant people as well as any spiritual beliefs. I’m a friendly and pretty chatty person once I get to know someone and I love hanging out with friends.

I have a cat, he is 9 months old and his name is Florian, He’s super sweet and loves a good cuddle but he also loves to play and run laps around the apartment. He is friendly and doesn’t make a ton of noise for the most part and never goes potty anywhere he’s not supposed to. Also note that if you have a phobia of snakes this may not be the apartment for you, I have a little pet snake named Anthony Janthony Crowley but he’s small, doesn’t ever leave my room and he isn’t exactly an escape artist so you would never have to see him if you don’t want to.

We are seeking a like minded roommate between 20 and 30 that wants to be friends with their roommates who will join us in respecting personal space and keeping common areas clean and tidy. Being a night owl is a plus but not necessary as long as you are cool with me working graveyard shifts.
