4 bed 2 and a half bath, with a fenced in back yard and a storage building in the back yard for plenty of extra storage. Usable fire place inside. Sound system for movies or music, furnished living room. One of the available rooms has its own full bathroom. It is just me and my fiancé Erin, In one of the rooms with the half bath. We both work full time during the day I’m an electrician and handyman by trade (20y/o) so I can take care of any repairs needed. Erin is a Speech Therapist that tends to handle keeping up with expenses.
