About the room
The house is just under 1800 square feet and has gone some renovations. It does have a pool in the backyard as well as some patio furniture. Laundry is on-site. The room itself stays nice and cool during the summer and has its own ceiling fan. The bathroom is in the hallway and is only shared with my guests, so you’ll mostly have it all to yourself. I’m quite picky with who enters my home, so no guests allowed at this time.
About the roomies
I work from home 99% of the time. Also currently going to school to finish my MBA. I have two cats in the house with me.
