The house is one of the 4 bedroom 4.5 bath cottages at the Redpoint Knoxville. I’m going to be away for the summer and am looking for someone to sublease. Laundry is in unit and you’ll have your own ensuite bathroom. Redpoint also has a saltwater pool, a gym (with dumbells), and a theater. Let me know if you have any questions.

I’m an industrial engineering student at UTK and am going to be starting my last semester in the fall. Other than me, there are two guys living there, but only one will most likely be there for the summer. All of us have been good to the place and like to keep it pretty clean. You won’t have to worry about dirty dishes piling up the sink.
