Renting one bedroom, furnished. Shared bath. Full kitchen access (must provide your own food). Pool access. Utilities included: internet, water, and electric. Outside laundry units available on property. Located in Bermuda Dunes. Centrally located to shopping centers. Quiet, respectful neighborhood. This room will only be rented to one person. No pets. No stay overs. Only renting to a professional, responsible, clean “pick up after yourself,” employed roommate. $1100 a month. $1000 deposit. Street parking. Must show 3 pay stubs from current employer. This is a six month agreement. If roommating works, it can be extended.

Will be sharing apartment with a female adult and child. Child attends school full time. Female adult works full time, outside of home. Both occasionally travel. Very family oriented.
