There is no in unit laundry, but laundry rooms within the complex. There are two pools, and two gyms in the complex, as well as tennis courts, a soccer court, and a indoor basketball court. 20-30ish min from USF Tampa and downtown St. Pete. It’s a GREAT location. Hi, I’m Romi (he/they {afab}). I’m 19 and currently in school for Social Services. I go to SPC (Gibbs mainly). I’m open to a single roommate or a couple. I would love to have a fellow student(s) as a roomie, so we could continue the college life (ew. That’s cheesy), but that’s not a must at all. I’m a very clean person, and the pics of the apartment are what the place looks like all the time. I’m fairly quiet as well. I enjoy sitting out on the balcony and just being outside in general. I’m always going around and finding festivals, faires, ect if I have even a second of free time. Totally open to you having friends/partners over! I just ask that you give me a heads-up. My current roommate is abandoning me to go to school in Chicago :( Our lease is up July 5th, so I figured it would be easiest to remove her and add another person on then.
