About the room
2 room apt 1st floor. In unit washer and dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, electric stove, microwave. Apts have a work out area and pool. Only utilities is internet ($25/mo) and gas/electric (varies). Cats are allowed but there is a fee. (I’m not sure if the security deposit has to be paid again, it’d have to be discussed with the apts) I dont have any pictures of the room yet cause the current person has yet to move out but I’ll put up some of the main area.
