About the room
Hello we are looking for two amazing housemates to share my mom’s home. She is a 52 year old single mother, who is very respectful, polite, and lovable to all her guests. She lives with our little dog who is loving, quiet, and friendly with others. Me and my older brother might visit her sometimes however were very kind, respectful, and helpful to all our tenants and see them all like family. My mom enjoys to cook and bake and spend time with her grandkids.
Who we’re looking for: We’re seeking respectful, polite, and responsible tenants who will treat the home with care.
House rules: • No alcohol or smoking • No pets • No loud noise or parties • Must be clean, quiet, and courteous
About the roomies
This home is located in a modern neighborhood behind the CHP station where you can expect a safe, secure, yet clean environment. There is plenty to do outside the home such as visit the park, take a tour of the lake, enjoy the river bed, and have easy access to freeway/shopping centers. There is plenty of parking available (which you most likely will have your own).
We are renting two private rooms with a shared bathroom. Rooms come with easy access to the hallway, front door, and bathroom. We will take care of all utilities but will ask to not be overly wasteful. We will provide you with your own refrigerator, food cabinet, utensils cabinet, and purified water.
