URGENT NEED FOR ROOMMATE W/ GUARANTOR TO SIGN BY 4/30 FOR SEPTEMBER LEASE This apartment is a very affordable price in a fantastic area for commuters! It’s a 15 minute walk to JFK/UMass Red Line, 20 minutes to Andrew Square Red Line, with 4 different MBTA bus stops nearby. There is free street parking with a Boston permit. It’s the second floor of a triplex; 3 staircases in total. The room is private and has two closets, it fits a queen size bed and a desk. We have a standard full bathroom and a shared living room space that is currently being decorated. The kitchen is large with a gas stove and a separate pantry room. Off of the kitchen, there’s a private balcony with seating, as well as coin-operated laundry down the back stairs.

All three of us are full-time UMass Boston students, 19-22, LGBTQ+ friendly. Two of us are going into our last year at UMB, and I work at the school as well. We have an apartment cat named Cleffa!! We don’t have a lot of guests, sometimes on weekends and are mostly night owls that keep to ourselves.
