• Room will be unfurnished
• Utilities included in the rent: internet, electricity, gas.
• Walls re-painted only 9 months ago
• Kitchen has a microwave, stove, cabinets, dishes, cups, pots and pans, and a fridge.
• Laundry, grocery, post office, and lots of restaurants/bars within very short walking distance
• G-train is a couple of blocks away.

I’m a 37 year old born and raised in Puerto Rico; I have been living in NYC for the last 9 years. My job in an International Translation Services Providers has given me the opportunity to meet people of all sorts of nationalities and backgrounds. My interests include literary fiction–lately focused in Latin America and East Asia–, going to the movies once or twice a month, discovering new music (I’m currently on a contemporary Latin American music kick), and playing video games to pass the time. I’m a homebody, so I greatly respect private space and a quiet, peaceful environment.
