The tenants also choose to split getting a deep clean once a month and high speed wifi which is total $86/mo. House is in a cul-de-sac with a garage and street parking available, all brand new appliances, washer and dryer+ AC included. Neighbors are super nice and friendly.
About the roomies
Currently 3 early 30’s/late20s looking for a 4th roommate in Oceanside. We are all working professionals who enjoy having a good time but like to stay mostly professional during the work week but definitely still enjoy hanging out week nights and doing activities which usually consist of super smash on the switch, board games, watching sports, etc. During the week, half of us work from home so we mostly focus on our careers however.
