East Columbia Drive

The room isn’t huge, but it’s definitely big enough for a queen bed with a sizable closet and a nice window looking out onto the rest of the neighborhood. There is a guest bathroom that one other person uses with a shower and no bath. We have a full, shared kitchen with plenty of storage space and an in home washer and dryer. We are not technically supposed to park on the street but everyone does and we have a carport with room for two cars, but one would need to move the second car to get the first one out. We also have a sizable backyard if you’re interested in that sort of thing.

We are located close to George Fox, 3 minutes by car/8 by bike/25 on foot. We are also close to the library and old town Newberg and 5-7 minutes from “downtown” Newberg where Fred Meyer and everything else is.

Rent is due on/by the first of every month. We use Venmo for the most part, but I’m sure we can work out something else if that doesn’t work for you. Rent covers the room, utilities (water, electricity, trash pickup, etc), and wifi. It does not cover groceries or clothing or anything of that sort.

Two people live in this house. We are 20 (male) and 24 (female). The male roommate is across the hall from the empty room, but he is the kind of guy who will let you put makeup on him and wears jewelry and nail polish, so definitely not a threat.

We are generally pretty chill and accepting but would prefer non smokers. We also have two cats who are very sweet and friendly.
