Anand's room

Hello, My name is Anand, I am looking for a roommate for the house starting this August! We have 4 rooms on the first floor and a basement apartment! currently, we have two tenants including myself who will occupy two of the rooms on the first floor beginning in August. This listing is for the first room and there will be other listings on the website for the other rooms that will become available shortly. We are looking to get long-term tenants. The utilities are split evenly between all of us and with a full house of people, should not be much. We have a Dog and a cat in the house at the moment. The current tenants are a friend of Bill and Bob :) so if you are welcome home! And if you are not, we have a couple of rules for the same, but we would love to have you!! All we ask is that all of us in the house be friendly to one another, hang out and have house meetings to discuss any issues if they arise, and be respectful of each other’s space! All of us want to come back home from work to a peaceful common ground where we can relax and enjoy each other’s company. Apart from that, we are pretty laid back and are looking for similar folks!!
