About the room
I own a house in Manayunk and my roommates are moving out at the end of May and I’m looking to fill their rooms.
I currently live with two women, but I don’t have a preference.
A little about the property - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and shared laundry. Open floor plan and nicely renovated kitchen.
Rent would be $950/month. You would share a bathroom with one other person and utilities would be split 3 ways.
A little about me - I’m about to be 31. I’m in software sales and work from home. I enjoy sports, trying new restaurants and bars, cooking, and honestly just hanging out watching tv and movies.
There is a chance I end up moving out before or shortly after you would move in so we would find a third person.

About the roomies
I’m a very open person and I can get a long with most people so I’m mainly looking for someone who will keep the common areas clean, pay on time, and be respectful.
It’s definitely a bonus if we have similar interests, but certainly not a requirement.
