About the room
I own a house in Manayunk and I have one room opening up in early August and another in early September.
One of the folks living there will be renewing their lease again and he’s super nice and sociable. He works as a bartender and works nights so you barely see him which means he tends to keep things clean. He is LGBTQAI+ friendly.
A little about the property - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and shared laundry. Open floor plan and nicely renovated kitchen. The living room and kitchen come furnished.
Rent would be $1,000/month. You would share a bathroom with one other person and utilities would be split 3 ways.
Depending on the timeline I might even be able to have the bedroom furnished for you. We can chat about a potential additional fee for that each month if that’s something you’re interested in.

Clean, keep to themselves, but open to hanging out and having a good time. Pays on time and overall has been an awesome roommate. LGBTQAI+ friendly.
