About the room
This is a large and very spacious house, over 2,000 square feet. It has a full kitchen, dining room, three-season room, and deck. All the shared spaces come furnished, with a washer, dryer, and gym in the basement. There is on-site parking with specific instructions to fit everyone’s cars. The bathroom has a double vanity sink, and is just outside the bedroom. The bedroom has a walk in closet, and another closet/storage space. Females only, no pets please (allergies). References will be requested.
About the roomies
We are all recently graduated college students who enjoy conversations and laughter. Chores are split between us, and everyone is expected to clean up after themselves. We all pitch in to keep the common areas clean. Communication from everyone is necessary, as it is vital to peacefully living together.
