Seeking roommate to share a 2-bedroom second floor condo with view of golf course. Less than 6 miles from Clearwater Beach. You will have a private bedroom furnished with a queen bed but will share bathroom and other living areas. Must keep all areas clean. Your monthly share of the rent would be $1300 which includes use of the pool, parking, and all utilities. Pay as you go laundry facilities are located across from the condo. Ideal roommate would be understanding of quiet time needed to study. I am currently using the dining room as an office but will be agreeable to placing a table in the room.

I am a college student seeking a roommate who is understanding of my need to study and take online tests. My home is kept very tidy. I play ice hockey and recently learned to play pickleball. In my free time you will find me on the beach or doing volunteer work for school.
