Hello! I will be looking to rent out a room soon! I just purchased a brand new singlewide that will be delivered and set up within the next month or two! I will be renting one of the extra rooms out as it is three bedroom! $850 utilities included (power, water, Wi-Fi) You will have full access to use the living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The hall bathroom will primarily be yours to use, unless I have guests in town then will be shared. I know how hard it is to find something pet friendly around here so the room will be pet friendly as long as your pet is a friendly as I have my own furbabies, and housebroken or crate trained. Looking for a roommate that likes to maintain a clean home, has steady income, and respectful. Location will be Southport area. 10 minutes from Lynn Haven Walmart!

I work fulltime in the medical field, working in mental health. I work an early shift, so I go to bed early. I’m pretty laid back, and quiet. I’m easy to get along with. My boyfriend will be there a few days a week but he will be just relaxing watching TV or something of the sorts when he’s there.
