Single occupancy only. 1 private bedroom & private bathroom is up for rent in this beautiful home located in a newly developed community. Room size 12’ x 10’1“ with large closet. The home features indoor laundry, central AC/heat, stylish kitchen w/ full amenities including pantry space, internet/WIFI, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and all utilities and HOA fees are included in the rent.

The location:

Great location for someone wanting to be in a quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood! It is an up and coming, developing area. About 4 minutes to Walmart, 12 minutes to Costco, and many other grocery stores nearby including Safeway. Multiple highly rated restaurants and food cuisines within 10 minutes. About 4 minutes to Wolfe Heights Estates and Winery and 9 minutes to Big Sexy Brewing Company. About 15 minutes to Elk Grove proper. About 19 minutes to Sacramento State University and Rancho Cordova.

I own the home and am a male in my mid twenties, working full time as an Associate Director of a healthcare staffing firm. I am fairly busy and keep to myself. I enjoy working out, being outdoors, and going out here and there. I am a responsible and laid back person. Overall, I am outgoing and do not mind having the occasional friends and family over. I am respectful of others space and will respect your privacy as well.

You:

Must have 2.5x monthly income of rent. Respectful, honest, responsible, CLEAN, quiet, and financially responsible ARE requirements. Sense of humor, being kind, and thoughtful are a plus. Professionals and college students only. Someone working 2nd shift works well too. NO smoking in the house. No preference on gender. Single occupancy only.

When:

Room will be available by June 1st, 2023.
