Grand Avenue

The house is just shy of a century old, but well maintained and updated with brand new appliances. The full sunset view of possession sound from the porch is really something else. There’s a fully fenced backyard with two fruit trees, off street parking and a two car garage.

Most days if I’m not at work or on my boat I’ll be outside or working on projects downstairs (brewing mead, leather working, fletching arrows, etc)

I have a 8 year old German Shepherd. She’s friendly to people, great with cats, and usually fine with dogs. She’s never been physically aggressive, but will sometimes bark back at barking dogs on the trail. Don’t worry, she doesn’t bark in the yard.
