I live in cute 2/2 town-home in a quiet, family and working professional dominated neighborhood. The unit has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi (I have an Xfinity plan for $50/monthly that we can split), AC, heat, backyard/porch, reserved parking spots, walk-in closets, full kitchen and access to equipment if treated kindly. I have some furniture in the living room and a dining set, but the bedroom available is unfurnished and attached to a private bathroom.
