I am staying until the end of 6/2024 so I am looking for a roommate for 5/2024 and 6/ 2024, but you can restart a new contract with the lease office on your own in 7/2024(or even earlier) if you want to live longer.

As shown in the pictures, the room for rent is a room with a bathroom outside that I do not use at all(which means it will be yours only). There is currently a college student living in this room who will move out by the end of 4/2024. Shared kitchen and shared living room. I rarely use the living room so that’s why there is not much furniture in the living room.

Fee:$1150/month($2500 for the whole apartment, but should be around $2000 if you sign a year-long contract with the leasing office on your own after I leave). Since you get the smaller room I am willing to pay more) $80 for internet and cable, utility will be split(about $85/month). No other additional charges from my end. Your name will be on the lease so you will need to go through the leasing office to move in.

I am a rehab resident physician who lives in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at The Reserve at Grings Mill in Reading with a college student that is going to move out in 4/2024. I don’t party and I am usually quiet.
