Hello Everyone, I am looking for 2 roommates in the Commo neighborhood near the university. I currently own a home and have 2 vacant rooms. The home was just remodeled. It would be $500 for rent with a $500 deposit. There is a $100 per pet fee and $50 for a parking slab spot in the back. There is a lot of street parking normally open too. Inside there is a washer and dryer in the basement and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Any other questions just ask. Please DM me if interested and I can give you a tour. I’m a pretty cool roommate and just moved here from Milwaukee! I am thinking of a May 1st start date but am flexible as needed.
