Renting one basement room in an apartment 3 min walk from the University, some Utilities included. Room also has the option to come fully furnished with an almost new bed or bed frame, desk, dresser, mini-fridge and freezer, and lots more depending on what is wanted/needed at a heavily discounted price since it will be hard to move it all back.

Hey everyone! Adding a post here for my landlord searching for 1 renter to take the downstairs room I have currently been staying in for over a year. I’m moving out of the state for work, and need someone to fill my spot for the other 2 renters. Available to move in starting at the start of December at the earliest.

About the apartment. The location is right off of S University Blvd, just a 3 minute walk to get to the Campus of the University of Denver. The apartment is 2 stories tall with a basement, so there are 3 levels to it. The main living room and kitchen area is obviously a shared space between all 3 total roommates. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge, other general appliances, and disposal drain in the sink. The basement room which is becoming available has a window that can be opened for airflow, and has a private bathroom attached to the room. The basement also has a washer and dryer, as well as a small storage space under the stairs. There is a long clothes rack (not featured in the pictures) that is to help with the fact that the closet in the room is pretty small. The downstairs room has been renovated to look very nice and be a great place for guests to stay or just to sit and read in a quiet place. Downstairs is also where the water heater is located, which has recently been replaced with a brand new one, so there should be no issues with the availability of hot water for showers and it heats up quickly. Rent for the basement bedroom is $907 a month. The internet bill per month is about $70 split between 3 people and it is fiber optic internet which is very fast. There is also a trash fee of $21 a month if split between 3 people which is included in the rent number. Trash service picks up once a week on Tuesdays.

There are 2 roommates currently living upstairs in the apartment, 2 floors above the basement room.

The roommate in the master bedroom upstairs is Melissa, she is a teacher and works early in the morning and usually stays out and comes back later in the evening. She is very friendly and loves to cook. She also has a cat named Simba who is a more rare breed of cat, I’ll just say he is quite large, 2 times the size of a normal large housecat, but he is pretty friendly.

Miguel is the second roommate living upstairs and works for a brewing company, he is also out most of the day but is very friendly and is always very helpful if needed. He is multilingual and sometimes travels out of the state to Alaska from time to time.
