University Parkway

Hey there! Looking to rent out a bedroom in a 2 bed, 1 bath premium first floor apartment at University Parkway in Terrace Heights/Yakima. The apartment is fully furnished. I could leave or move the bed that is currently in the room. We have a washer+dryer in unit. Shared spaces would include the living room, bathroom, kitchen, patio. W/S/G is paid, we would split or alternate the cost of household necessities when they need to be repurchased ☺️ $750 includes all bills covered (rent, wifi and monthly power bill) all paid as a fixed amount due on the 1st of the month. The only thing you’d have to pay for outside of that is if you wanted a streaming service I don’t already have or if you wanted to upgrade Netflix, etc.

It’s not preferred but I am open to a couple, price would increase for a couple to $875 for rent, wifi, power & we’d split cost of household items. Reach out if you have any questions 😊

I work full time during the week, usually come home to relax and keep to myself. Currently enrolled in school part time. I occasionally do like to go out or have friends over but it’s pretty rare. I’m relaxed when it comes to the state of the space I’d describe myself as ‘messy but a clean messy’ meaning I will pick move stuff to wipe down/vacuum a surface but will put stuff back when done :p I sweep then vacuum the patio semi regularly (yes, I vacuum the outdoors haha). I have a 7 year old German Shepherd dog who is so sweet, but does have high anxiety as she’s a rescue, she does quickly warm up though. I was crazy enough to adopt a kitty… that turned into two kittens. They are all house trained and do not have accidents inside the home. I don’t drink or smoke but don’t care if you do.
