This is a brand new construction property that will be ready to move into in January of 2024! We have 3 floors in this property so you will have the basement floor for yourself as “living” room and a bedroom on the 3rd floor with your own bathroom/closet. We will really only be sharing the kitchen. Washer/Dryer included

This location is in Stratford, NJ and is RIGHT in front of the PATCO in Lindenwood so if you need to go into the city it is super convenient.

I am also open to adding a charger in the garage if you have an electric car. Cost of installation would need to be covered by you.

This home will also be secured with Ring security. I will provide access to you as well.

All utility expense’s are covered!! Just looking for $1,000/month!

The only drawback is- I am a vegetarian and I would like to refrain from any meats being cooked in the kitchen however you are welcome to bring any form of take-out home. Chicken/eggs I am okay with to be cooked in the kitchen!

I am a 28 year old working as a recruiter in Philly! I too will be moving into the home a few months before you. I will be living along and I will also be working from home! It will just be me along with you as 1 roommate.
