Looking for someone to take over my lease for this beautiful 3 BD 2 BA house located just off NC-107. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from WCU campus and 10 minutes from downtown Sylva. You’d get the 2 rooms pictured and have your own bathroom but the kitchen, living room and laundry room are shared spaces. I’ve used the spare room for extra storage and there’s a twin bed in it for guest. Utilities are not included in the rent, you’d split wifi and heat with Kaylyn. Utilities are usually 60-80$/mo during the summer and 80-115$/mo during the winter (heats expensive). The landlord is a super nice guy and very down to earth. You’ll have parking and there’s a shed for outside storage. There’s a cute little fire pit in the side yard and 2 porch’s. It really is a beautiful little place with a spacious open floor plan. You’d share the house with 1 female and her cat Earl Grey. She stays in the master bedroom. She’s an Athletic Trainer at WCU so she works a lot but when she is home she mostly keeps to herself. Friendly and respectful roommate, cleans up after herself and her cat. Earl cannot live with any other animals, also the landlord won’t allow any other pets. Earl is a great cat with some quirks; he never has accidents but will try to run out the door if you’re not careful. Prefers females No students
