Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my room on the lease with my two other roommates for the 3 bedroom apartment we share. It’s in Ventura and rent is $850 before utilities. My roommates are great people, I’m just moving in with my partner by the end of April and would like someone to take over May 1st on our apartment lease. This is a pet friendly apartment. The apartment has bbq grills, jacuzzi, and 24/7 gym.
About the roomies
The two other roommates work full time hours, they are great people who are clean, courteous, and responsible.
