Seeking quiet, down to earth professional non smoker, and no pets. The house is on 13, and Main St, a beautiful home in Royal Oak. All furnished but the room that is available is not. The house is all updated, and gorgeous. 5 min from downtown Royal Oak, and two min from Clawson. 10 min from Beaumont hospital. Everything is on one floor for easy access to washer, dryer. You will share a bathroom with my other roommate who is quiet and clean of 10 years. Looking for non smokers. I am allergic to smoke and animals. No parties please, but we are professional and down to earth.
