The room will be available July 1, 2023. I’m looking for someone to move in around that time. (within ~2 weeks). There is a process you have to go through with the property managers to be put onto the lease - this is not a subleasing arrangement. You can move in prior to this process being completed, but ideally should complete it ahead of time. There is an application fee with the property managers.

The lease is month-to-month, but you will be expected to give ~60 days notice prior to moving out. I have lived in this apartment for nearly 7 years now. I am ideally looking for someone who would be looking to stay for longer than a year.

• Private room with ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet with shelving.
• Quiet neighborhood, mostly families, young working professionals, and foreign exchange students in the area.
• Large shared kitchen space with various supplies provided along with ample storage space for your own food/supplies. Dish washer, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator provided.
• Nicely furnished shared living space with large TV
• Small back patio with basic patio furniture.
• Washing machine and dryer provided in unit.
• Nice walking/jogging path around the apartment complex
• Apartment complex pool, hot tub, and work out room provided by property managers

You will be living with a young, single professional (30 years old) who works as a Software Engineer at a local company. The other residents are two very easy-going half Maine Coon cats (8 years old). You do not need to allow the cats into your space, they have not been allowed into your room previously.

Some more information about who you will be living with:

• I work from home about 2 days a week from my room. I go into the office the other 3 weekdays.
• I am very easy-going. I can be a little sloppy but I do my best to keep things clean.
• My interests include: hiking, backpacking, live music, cooking, virtual reality, board games, tabletop RPGs, video games, dancing, photography, anime, astronomy, media studies, meditation, and science fiction.
• I’m fairly social. I regularly go to local meetup groups and occasionally host friends for weekend afternoons/evenings.
• I do not drink or smoke. The apartment complex is a smoke free community. If drinking or smoking is a significant part of your lifestyle you would not be a good fit here.
• I generally get to sleep around midnight and wake up around 7AM, but may occasionally be up later or wake up earlier.
• My close friends describe me as a very chill guy: well-spoken, intelligent, emotionally mature, self-aware, caring, curious, and insightful.
