Marli's room

Hi! This is a single family house 5 minutes from Yale New Haven health and SRC. Perfect for nurses and other medical professionals! It’s also 5-10 mins from downtown New Haven. All restaurants, bars, universities are close by. The property its self is spacious 1800 sq feet, 3 floors. Basement is only for laundry (washers and dryer on site) main floor is where the extra room is located, with a walk in closet. It is unfurnished! My room is upstairs. 2 bathrooms. I own 2 cats, so preferably no additional animals. My cats love humans but other cats not so much. Rent doesn’t include utilities, but with utilities split it doesn’t add much more. No central AC sadly but window units worked fine over the summer. There is a backyard too but def needs a lot of work this spring!

So currently it is just myself and my two cats!. I am a nurse at YNHH and I am about to work night shift starting in two months. I enjoy having friends over and love exploring downtown! I’m fairly new to the area so I’d love to try new places and met new people! I love the gym, going to the beach and traveling! I’m easy going as long as mutual areas are clean and sleep is respected! Working nights does mean I have to nap during the day, just a heads up!
