Mary's room

My house is in a beautiful neighborhood in Corona de Tucson. Anything you could need or want is just minutes away up Houghton Road. The freeway is also close to get anywhere quickly. The rent here is $850 monthly. I have a beautiful house with a large kitchen. And the yard features real grass, a gazebo, firepit, tree swing, and furniture for outdoor living. House is 2150 sf, and you’d have full access to all of it except personal bedrooms. The occupancy here is another tenant, me, and you (new tenant). The room available on 2/2/24 is 12 by 10 sf and currently holds a queen bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, accent table, tv, and shelving unit, and they all fit perfectly. I can also remove the furniture if unfurnished room is needed. The bathroom is shared but it has separate vanities for convenience as well as a separate shower/toilette room. I am very easy going and I’m always ready to help. I enjoy reading, talking, watching movies, star gazing, and playing with my dogs. The other tenant is very nice. She works from home and is a quiet roommate. But she’s always ready to help out.
