Utilities are not included in the rent and we will split the cost of them every month , including , wifi , electricity, water , etc . House has Central Ac for the summer and oil heat for the winter with vents in every room. No pets allowed as I already have cats in the house so must be ok with cats. There is a kitchen , dining room and a living room in the house with a front porch , so plenty of room. No smoking at all in the house. Vaping outside is ok. The bedroom has a bed and a tv (the tv has an Xfinity flex hooked up to it for streaming) which can be yours to keep if you would like , the desk and any thing on it I will keep and move into my room as I had been using this room just as a guest room / office .Everything in the closet too I will remove so the closet will be completely empty for you. Only one bathroom on the property so it will be a shared bathroom . Washing machine and a dryer are on site and in the basement. Decent size backyard and basement for any other storage purposes.

Only other person living in the property is myself the homeowner and I am a 20 year old male and I am in the upstairs bedroom so plenty of privacy. I myself keep to myself most of the time , I go to work , come home and just chill and watch sports and play video games. I don’t drink or smoke at all but drinking is ok but again no smoking of any kind in the house.
