Hi! We have a 3 bedroom house with one (possibly two) rooms for rent. We have a back and front yard, though the back yard is more private - the fence in the front isn’t very tall :P We own the home

Your bedroom comes furnished with a queen (or king?) size bed, desk, chair, side table, and some dressers. You can choose just what you need, or use it all.

We have two dogs, our older dog Kalia isn’t always a huge fan of other dogs, our big dog Kai loves dogs but isn’t sure about humans. We are open to a dog, they just need to get along with our two dogs. If they don’t, that can possibly work if the dogs are kept separate, which we have done before. We aren’t sure about cats. If you do want to move in and have a pet, we would ask that you have pet insurance, we get ours through State Farm.

My husband and I are both 27, he owns a cabinet shop in town and I am going to school. My husband isn’t home much during the day, I am home a lot during the day, since I am currently disabled. I tend to stay in my room though, since I study. We are both 420 friendly, but not open to anything else. My husband and I are okay with drinking, but nothing heavy. We are looking for a long term roommate but are open to short term. If you have any questions please ask!
