The townhouse is located in Canton/Brewers Hill area, has shops and restaurants nearby and is a short drive into Fells point. The 2 upstairs bedrooms will be available May 1st, and they both have their own bathrooms. The home has a parking pad in the back as well as a rooftop deck and the inside has been completely remodeled. I’ve absolutely loved living here the past year and the management company is very helpful!

Hi! My name’s Sarah and I currently rent out this townhouse with 2 other roommates who aren’t renewing their lease due to job locations. I’m currently a travel nurse at Hopkins Bayview but I worked downtown at UMMC Shock Trauma for 2 years. I rotate shifts at work so I can have a wacky work/sleep schedule. I’m a clean person and generally not very loud but occasionally have friends over or enjoy going out. I’ve lived in Baltimore for the past 4 years so if you’re new to the area I definitely know some great places!
