Hello!! My roommate and I have a room available as soon as May 1st located in Downtown Long Beach! Walking distance from many restaurants and stores. Our complex has endless amenities as well. Rent is $1680! We’re looking for a a young professional, who is cool, organized & clean . We’re very chill, 420 friendly & work mostly during the week. Room deats: 1 private room, shared bathroom (with me! I’m very clean lol), Laundry in-unit. parking and utilities are included in the rent.

We are Dog friendly as well, we have one female dog.

We are open-minded, fun people. we just like to chill honestly. We’re usually working on weekdays, so when we’re home, we’re just relaxing. If you’re organized, clean and are open-minded, and like to have fun, we’d probably get along great! We also have a dog (she’s a girl) so we would prefer someone who is Dog friendly. We’re 420-friendly as well.
