More than a bedroom and bath! You have 527 square feet with a living room/desk/ and small dining table!

Your space is a furnished walk-in basement with a private entrance, bathroom, bedroom, living room/desk space, and shared washer/dryer. (I sometimes come through the walkway near the open living room/desk space to use the washer/dryer or to go to the garage but the living space there is yours alone.)

You also have kitchen privileges upstairs with all typical appliances and utensils. The rest of the home upstairs is my space.

My home is in a safe residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac within walking distance of the greenway. It is also .5 miles from a cute cafe, Pizza Perfect, and 2 miles from a wide variety of stores and restaurants. It is a 25-30 minute drive to downtown.

The backyard is quite private. It contains many native plants and informal gardens. You are welcome to use the organic oregano and lemon balm in the garden near your private entrance. If you enjoy gardening, I will also provide a small raised space for you.

You have a paved area right outside your entrance with chairs and a small side table. There is also a small pond in my yard with a tiny waterfall that has a sitting space.

The house is well-lit outside and has an alarm system. Utilities are included except for whatever you want for your television. I provide basic channels and Xfinity Flex. You might want to enhance this with a Fire Stick.

About you: One person, female, responsible, neat, clean, caring, good communicator, non-smoker, drug and gun-free, no alcohol issues, and avoid using harsh chemicals to clean. (I am the same.)

You must be employed or financially stable. I will ask for a background/credit check.

I live in the house upstairs. My elderly mother might come live with me upstairs at some point down the line. I enjoy nature and dancing.

I am liberal-minded, a believer in the golden rule, and vaccinated. It would be nice to enjoy sharing these values with you.

I’m somewhat flexible on the minimum and the maximum stay. I am open to 2-6 months.
