Woodpark Drive

The room will become available for move in starting May 1st, 2023. The rent is set at $1,150 for one person, or $1250 for 2. All utilities included!! Rent is to be paid every month, the lease will be month-to-to. I currently have other tenants occupying the room, but they will be moving out at the end of the month.

It is a large unfurnished master bedroom, with your own private bathroom! I will also allow access to share the washer and dryer. I will provide you space in the kitchen so you can cook if you want to. However, be respectful and cleanly. You will have access your own private refrigerator, so we don’t have to share :) There is plenty of parking in the driveway. WI-FI included.

We are 420, and smoking friendly, however only in the garage or out in the yard. No smoking inside the house (unless its like a vape.)

We are looking for someone respectful, CLEAN, and friendly.

Requirements: Must be employed, and provide me with 2 months paystubs ( to prove your able to pay for the rent) I will be requiring First, and Last month upon move (i.e first ($1,150) + last ($1,150) = $2,300 on move in) Must be willing to sign a lease agreement contact upon move in. Must have valid ID

No children under 10, or pets allowed (sorry!)
