Your Room: This gorgeous condo is such a gem! The bedroom for rent (11 ft x 14 ft) is super spacious and has tons of closet space (14 ft quadruple-paned sliding doors, to be painted before move-in). You get a detached bathroom (with a bathtub) that is adjacent to your bedroom. Your bathroom is also the guest bathroom, so please keep it clean. Your room has a door that leads to our spacious courtyard, where there is an orange tree and a lime tree 😍

Amenities: You will have full access to all common areas, including the kitchen, with designated pantry/cabinet/fridge space. We can come up with a fair way to divide tasks to make sure common areas stay clean.

All common areas will be fully furnished before move-in, including an outdoor furniture set for the courtyard with a fire pit, string lighting, and a BBQ grill 🔥

Entire condo is freshly painted off-white.

Kitchen has a 3-door Samsung refrigerator.

Living room has a 65“ Samsung 4K QLED TV.

Washer and dryer in the unit.

Access to community pool/hot tub.

Parking: You’ll have a permit for parking within the community, but there is also plenty of parking on the street directly outside of the community for guests. I’ll be parking in the garage, but please feel free to store stuff in there if you need to!

About Me: I’m in my 30s, recently divorced, and trying to rebuild my life for the better. I’ve bartended for over 10 years and have been in restaurants since I was a teenager. I graduated with my BA in Communications from CSUF, and I’m now on the hunt for a position to launch my career and leave restaurants once and for all.

I don’t mind having people over every now and then, but overall, I want our home to be a peaceful sanctuary where we can recharge. I’m pretty personable, upbeat, and fun, but I also take my finances seriously and I’m hoping to find a roommate who has the same vibe.

Please be a dog-lover…I don’t have a dog yet, but I will probably be adopting a pug soon!
